As an adventure park assistant manager, you will be responsible for the operations and supervision of a range of Leisure and Entertainment activities across a 20,000 SQM Adventure Park. This space is supported by hospitality keys in both the park itself and an adjacent resort, with varying food and beverage outlets. Elevated experiences such as ropes courses, trampolining, and climbing walls sit alongside ground-based activities like radio-controlled cars and cultural arts and crafts experiences. The park is designed as a destination الموقع offering family-friendly entertainment, with experiences outdoors among natural rocks and juniper trees and indoors as well.

Responsibilities Attraction Experiences
  • Manage guest experiences across a wide range of activities and attractions, ensuring a fun but safe environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day safe operation and supervision of adventure activities (e.g., climbing, freefall, trampolines, soft play) within the park.
  • Control access to activities via the park-selected ticketing function, ensuring guests have the appropriate ticket type for the experience.
  • Ensure each attraction adheres to minimum/maximum age, height and weight parameters in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly checks on attractions and PPE to ensure safe operation.
  • Participate in regular training on park processes, safety protocols and rescue procedures to ensure maximum safe operations and situational preparedness.
  • Provide excellent customer service and aim to meet park guest experience net promoter score targets.
  • Assist in answering queries and resolving guest complaints to maximize customer experience.
  • Report to and communicate with park supervisors and duty manager on issues, equipment damage or safety concerns.
  • Support in delivering memorable bespoke experiences for birthday parties, school groups and corporate team-building events.
Cultural Experiences
  • Deliver guest experiences that provide a taste of the region's culture, history and uniqueness, creating memories beyond the visit.
  • Lead guests through activities such as honey walks, educating them on local honey production and the life cycle of the honey bee, with hands-on experiences and photo opportunities.
  • Deliver workshops in making local bakhoor incense, allowing guests to create and take الرئيسية a product while learning about its history in the Arabian Peninsular.
Ticketing and Promotions
  • Provide front-of-house and sales team support during peak seasons and periods of high visitation.
  • Sell park tickets from bundles, full all-inclusive access to single experiences, and actively upsell to higher ticket options to increase park revenue.
  • Complete participant legal waivers for each visitor and communicate park rules and regulations.
  • Provide positive, friendly meet-and-greet services at the entrance, ticketing area and within the park grounds.
  • Support the sales team with promotions within Al Baha through events, promotional flyers and other marketing initiatives.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
  • Oversee activity operators within the park, ensuring a safe environment for employees and guests.
  • During peak periods, support in the operations of park attractions.
  • Deliver regular training to maintain professionalism and safety.
  • Manage safety of operations and nurture a culture of safety across all park aspects.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and safe operating procedures.
  • Complete pre-opening inspections and address safety concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor operations and use a plan-do-check-act approach for development needs.
  • Handle managerial tasks such as rostering, performance reviews, onboarding and leave planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive auditing to maintain high safety and compliance levels.
  • Resolve day-to-day conflicts, performance challenges and guest complaints with long-term solutions.
Qualifications
  • Arabic speaker
  • Proven track record in a management المنصب
  • Experience operating and managing adventure or leisure attractions
  • Good understanding of safety protocols, including international standards
