Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for an Administrative Secretary. The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, organizing meetings, and supporting daily office operations. The role will liaise with clients and team members to ensure efficient communication and customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing correspondence, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as documentation, filing, and data entry
Strong Administrative Assistance abilities, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office operations
Excellent oral and written Communication skills
Experience with Scheduling and effectively managing time-sensitive tasks
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools
Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively
Previous experience in a professional, office-based environment is preferred
