Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the ERP system.
* Record and post all journal entries (AP, AR, accruals, prepayments, provisions).
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure proper clearing of transactions.
* Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Monitor accounts payable and ensure timely posting of supplier invoices.
* Post and reconcile supplier payments in the ERP system.
* Prepare and process employee expense reimbursements.
* Assist in VAT calculations and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Maintain the fixed asset register and record depreciation entries.
* Review trial balance and investigate discrepancies.
* Ensure proper document filing and maintain organized accounting records.
* Assist external auditors by providing required documents and explanations.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities when required.
* Ensure compliance with الشركة policies and accounting standards.
* Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters.
Qualifications & Competencies:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
* Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and relevant accounting software.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
*Fresh graduate
