Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the crane assembly team to ensure safe and timely completion of work.
  • Read and interpret crane assembly drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Supervise assembly and dismantling of cranes (LR, Kobelco, Demag, Sany) as per configuration requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, work permits, and الشركة policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive safety measures.
  • Coordinate with project supervisors, clients, and team members for smooth site operations.
  • Inspect assembled cranes and ensure alignment, stability, and operational readiness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or mechanical issues promptly.
  • Maintain daily work records, team attendance, and progress reports.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical qualification preferred.
  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in crane assembly, with leadership or supervisory exposure.
  • In-depth knowledge of crane components, assembly techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and assembly manuals.
  • Certified in crane rigging or related fields (preferred).
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically and medically fit to work at heights and handle heavy equipment.
