We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Assistant Manager to support a 6-month transformation engagement within the sports industry. The role will focus on strengthening HR governance, organizational design, workforce planning, HR systems and people processes while supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen HR governance and influence HR operational frameworks.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policy manuals and governance documentation.
• Establish and maintain HR infrastructure, including SLAs, delegation of authority (DOA), value chains, processes, and procedures.
• Support updates to organizational structure.
• Gather business requirements for HR systems and support HR system implementations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct training needs analysis and support competency framework development.
• Develop HR strategies, roadmaps, KPI frameworks, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, workforce analysis, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven experience in HR transformation, workforce planning, or people consulting.
• Demonstrated experience within the sports industry, preferably football clubs.
• Strong understanding of HR frameworks, including HR policies and procedures, competency frameworks, job evaluation, job titling and grading, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
