Program Director - Industrial and Manufacturing role provides strategic leadership for advanced manufacturing and industrial development programs in Riyadh, المملكة العربية السعودية. This senior leadership المنصب is responsible for shaping the Industrial and Advanced Manufacturing sub-sector, overseeing the successful delivery of complex factory and production facility projects, and driving long-term sector growth across automotive, semiconductors, intelligent devices, and advanced manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the overall strategy for industrial and advanced manufacturing projects within the sub-sector
  • Provide clear vision, leadership, and direction to multi-disciplinary program and project teams
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of major projects including factory design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality, safety, and sustainability standards
  • Implement best practices for advanced manufacturing environments, focusing on operational efficiency and technology integration
  • Support business development activities including bid strategy, client presentations, and pursuit leadership
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for sector growth and expansion
  • Structure, manage, and optimize large and diverse project teams to ensure consistent delivery performance
  • Coach, mentor, and develop internal talent to strengthen organizational capabilityAct as the senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication
  • Coordinate complex stakeholder requirements across technical, contractual, and regulatory interfaces
  • Provide strategic oversight on commercial performance, financial management, and risk exposure across programs
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 20 years of experience delivering industrial, manufacturing, or advanced production facility projects
  • Proven success managing factory design, construction, commissioning, and operational transition
  • Demonstrated delivery of large-scale projects in automotive, semiconductor, intelligent device, or advanced manufacturing sectors
  • Extensive program management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead effectively in complex technical, contractual, and multi-stakeholder environments
Desired Experience
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience delivering projects for global manufacturers or high-technology production facilities
  • Familiarity with industrial technologies, automation, and smart factory concepts
  • Experience working with major government entities, giga-projects, or large-scale national development programs
  • Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG requirements, and operational efficiency principles
