Job Responsibilities
  • Project Lifecycle Management: initiate projects, create plans, detail work content, adjust plans based on actual circumstances, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high quality delivery.
  • On site Project Implementation Management: coordinate resources from all parties to ensure civil construction renovation, power and communication system installation, automation equipment commissioning, and other tasks proceed orderly, on schedule, and are delivered on time.
  • Project Delivery and Integration: collaborate with planning, operations, R&D, equipment suppliers, and others; organize training, on site setup, warehouse reالموقع, and startup operations to ensure a smooth project launch.
  • Accumulation of Implementation Techniques and Standardization Construction: based on practice in Middle East project construction and operation, accumulate and compile construction standards, continuously iterate and improve to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements
  • Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Automation, or related fields.
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in English for meetings, reports, and project communication.
  • Work Experience: More than 3 years in project implementation, familiar with overseas working environments and logistics policies, with experience managing automated projects such as large scale warehousing or sorting centres; overseas project implementation experience is a plus.
  • Basic Skills: Rigorous logical thinking and data sensitivity, good summarisation and induction abilities, data analysis capabilities; proficiency in at least one data analysis tool such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
  • Soft Skills: Strong project management and cross departmental coordination abilities, readiness for periodic business trips within the Middle East, structured thinking, and capability to extract and distil methodologies from projects.
