• Annual Package: Up to RMB 1,000,000 (Negotiable)

• We are a fast-growing international technology and business organization with approximately 600 employees globally. As the الشركة enters its التالي stage of growth and organizational development, we are seeking a high-potential Strategic Business Partner to work closely with the CEO and leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, business performance, and organizational execution.
• This role offers a unique opportunity for candidates from top consulting firms or corporate strategy functions to transition into a highly visible executive-facing المنصب with direct impact on business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Project Management

• Drive and coordinate الشركة-wide strategic initiatives
• Manage strategic project timelines, milestones, execution tracking, and post-project reviews
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective implementation of key initiatives
• Monitor execution progress and identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities

Business Performance & Execution

• Track key business and operational performance indicators
• Conduct business analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Support decision making through data driven insights and structured problem solving
• Drive accountability and execution across strategic priorities
• Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning and business expansion initiatives
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis
• Prepare executive level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
• Support organizational effectiveness and business transformation projects

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Strong business analysis and structured problem solving capability
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ownership mentality and execution orientation
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and multicultural environment

Preferred

• Experience from top tier or leading boutique consulting firms, including:
• McKinsey & الشركة
• Bain & الشركة
• Roland Berger
• Kearney
• Alternatively, experience in:
• CEO Office
• PMO
• Strategic Operations
• Business Transformation
• Exposure to technology, internet, digital platform, or e commerce businesses is highly preferred
• International working experience is a plus
• Consulting and/or professional services background preferred
