Overview

If you are into motion graphics, visual storytelling and agile content for social media, this job is for you. As a content creator, you will be working closely with art directors and the content team.

To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects. Ultimately, a top‑notch creator is someone whose visual design skills translate into high‑quality animated content that engages viewers.

Responsibilities Technical & Product

• Is responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
• Define outlines and storyboards for animations or video (identifying the range of assets to be used, and the story to be told)
• Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with the creative department.
• Creating digital images, video animations, and textual animations.
• Creating animated sequences using computer animation software.
• Recording, editing, and encoding audio files.
• Performing media edits based on user feedback.
• Ability to collaborate on long‑term projects.
• Excellent knowledge of social media, agile content, visual design principals, and animation.

• Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology
• Research and identify trends in design language and branding and provide recommendations to our internal teams and partners

Innovative & Analytical Mindset

• Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

People & Leadership

• Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning, and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work

Self

• Self‑motivated and able to work in an agile, quick manner to keep up with trends and requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.
• At least two years experience in a similar role.
• A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, and motion graphics/ Adobe premier. Photoshop, illustrator.
