Ion Exchange, a global leader in water treatment solutions, is seeking a senior leader to drive sales growth and expand market share for resins across assigned geographies. The role involves executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities in the resins segment, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions aligned with client needs.
Role Description
Own regional sales and business development for INDION ion exchange resins and water treatment solutions
Develop and execute regional business plans, including revenue forecasts, budgets, and growth strategies
Identify and convert new business opportunities across industrial, municipal, and OEM segments
Conduct technical sales discussions, recommend fit-for-purpose solutions, and support customer trials
Build and manage key customer relationships, channel partners, and distributors
Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, to inform strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred
6–10 years of progressive sales experience in ion exchange resins, or membrane, water/wastewater treatment, with proven territory sales experience
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client partnerships.
