Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable revenue growth, enhance profitability, and strengthen long-term client partnerships across assigned strategic accounts.


• Serve as the trusted advisor and primary executive interface for key customers, proactively identifying business challenges and aligning SGS solutions to support their operational and commercial objectives.


• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, conducting regular business reviews to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


• Lead the end-to-end governance of strategic contracts, ensuring operational excellence through effective coordination with technical, laboratory, logistics, and support functions while consistently delivering against client expectations and contractual commitments.


• Monitor account performance, commercial KPIs, profitability, and service delivery metrics, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives where required.


• Identify cross-selling, upselling, and new service opportunities by leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and evolving industry requirements.


• Anticipate market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector to develop proactive account strategies and protect market share.


• Champion the voice of the customer internally by translating client feedback into service enhancements, operational improvements, and innovative solutions that create long-term value.


• Mitigate commercial and operational risks by ensuring contractual compliance, resolving complex customer issues, and maintaining strong governance across all account activities.


• Maintain accurate commercial records, account plans, customer engagement activities, and performance reports to support effective decision-making and business planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing strategicaccounts within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals, Energy, or Petrochemical sectors.


• Proven track record of delivering commercial growth, expanding customer relationships, and managing high-value, complex client portfolios.


• Strong understanding of the Oil, Gas & Chemicals value chain, market dynamics, and industry trends.


• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and executive communication skills.


• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing account profitability andcontract performance.


• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic planning capabilities.


• This role is only open for Saudi nationals.
