Your Role

At Capgemini Engineering, we are at the forefront of delivering التالي-generation telecom infrastructure across the Kingdom of المملكة العربية السعودية. As the الدولة accelerates its Vision 2030 digital transformation agenda, our Connectivity & Network Engineering teams are playing a pivotal role in rolling out and integrating mobile network sites at scale. If you are a seasoned transport expert with deep IP/MPLS knowledge and solid microwave experience, and you thrive in complex, fast-paced delivery environments, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a highly experienced IP Transport & Microwave Expert to lead end-to-end transport and connectivity delivery for new mobile network site builds across KSA. With a focus of 70% IP Transport and 30% Microwave, you will be the critical link between field teams, implementation partners, and transport domains, ensuring every site is delivered on time, fully integrated, and operationally ready.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of IP transport solutions for new mobile network site builds, with primary focus on IP/MPLS, fiber, and aggregation/access network technologies, ensuring seamless integration from construction through to full network activation
  • Overseeing microwave transport planning, integration, and troubleshooting activities as required, acting as the secondary transport domain expert to support site delivery where MW connectivity is part of the solution
  • Managing cross-functional dependencies across multiple technical teams and implementation partners, proactively resolving delivery obstacles and ensuring consistent alignment with project timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborating closely with major telecom service providers in KSA throughout the rollout process, leveraging a strong understanding of their operational frameworks, deployment methodologies, and delivery expectations to maintain momentum
  • Driving site readiness reviews, transport integration validation, troubleshooting activities, and final site acceptance processes, ensuring every new site meets network performance and reliability requirements before handover
Your Profile

We are looking for a senior transport professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong delivery and stakeholder management capabilities in the KSA telecom environment.

  • 10+ years of experience in telecom network rollout and transport delivery, with a strong and demonstrable focus on IP/MPLS, fiber, aggregation, and access network technologies across large-scale mobile network programs
  • Solid working knowledge of microwave (MW) transport technologies, with hands-on experience in MW integration, troubleshooting, and site delivery support as a complementary discipline alongside IP transport expertise
  • Proven track record of working in KSA with major local telecom service providers, with a thorough understanding of their processes, operational expectations, and deployment methodologies in a multi-vendor environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, multicultural environments while maintaining structured delivery governance and program alignment
  • A strategic mindset combined with deep operational control, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent site deliveries, maintain quality standards, and ensure every site is integrated into the wider network with uncompromising reliability
