Responsible for maintaining regular checkup for the vehicle and assisting customers and rental agents when needed.
AccountabilitiesSupervise and manage drivers & Cleaners during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor and review daily reports, addressing issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate and manage vehicle transfers between branches efficiently and on time.
Oversee and ensure proper use of delivery applications (such as 'Talaqani') for vehicle handovers.
Track and update the status of vehicles out of service (NR) in the system promptly.
Follow up on open bookings (OB) and ensure timely closure or necessary action.
Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to drivers to improve their performance.
Ensure drivers comply with safety rules, الشركة uniform policy, and customer service standards.
Prepare and submit shift reports to the logistics supervisor, highlighting key issues and improvements.
Conduct random quality checks to ensure vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and that drivers strictly follow standard operating procedures.
QualificationMinimum High School education
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Results-driven mindset with focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Fluency in English and Arabic
Valid Driving License
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
