We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and resolving complex issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, installing equipment, and supporting desktop installations. They will also need to troubleshoot network devices and configure them as needed.

• Coordinating with cabling vendors for cable works, sharing photos of the work carried out.
• Coordinating with WAN circuit installation by Telco vendors - WAN/Local Voice Vendor.
• Coordinating onsite delivery of equipment's - Network Hardware, Cabling, Desktop kit, AV kit, Network Voice hardware.
• SUPPORTING IN DESKTOP INSTALLATION ALONG WITH CABLING VENDOR
• SUPPORTING CHANGE REQUEST NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED
