Job Responsibility:

1. Accountable for managing the accounts payable process. 2. Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices. 3. Scrutinizing the invoice and ensuring that is adheres to all internal policies & procedures. 4. Reviewing invoice details are incomplete, contact the relevant person/Vendor and get/track revised invoices. 5. Reconcile books with vendors statement of Account and Inter company entities. 6. Review the monthly ageing and ensure that all long outstanding items are addressed. 7. Works directly with Vendors to ensure invoices have been received, approved, and actioned. 8. Preparing certain expense schedules related to statutory audit. 9. Filing of AP related document as and when required. 10. Invoice Collection from Supplier. 11. Ad-hoc requirement.
