Senior Procurement Specialist

We are currently hiring Senior Procurement Officer to support the procurement function within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies and ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. It also plays a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and quality
• Prospect the market and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best conditions for the company (cost, quantity, quality, payment terms)
• Manage the entire procurement process, from requisition to order fulfillment
• Allocate resources and coordinate logistics activities (human, technical, and material)
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to inform decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse management
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the procurement process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within multinational organizations in a projects/technical environment
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and cost savings
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and international trade regulations
• Experience with inventory management and logistics coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Candidates should be currently based in KSA
• Excellent Arabic and English language skills
