Join Copeland as a Quality Engineer and be part of our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer at Copeland, you will:

• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits of incoming materials closely in accordance with defined policies.
• Report non-conformities to the senior quality team and assist in the investigation and resolution process to ensure compliance.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and suggest corrective actions for process improvement.
• Supervise the assembly process to ensure that all defined quality standards are being achieved and maintained.
• Assist in the evaluation of vendors and their products to ensure they meet our exacting quality requirements.
• Work collaboratively with vendors to resolve quality-related issues and improve the consistency of incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection logs, test reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Support the quality team in preparing for both internal and external audits, ensuring all standards are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall refinement of our quality management system.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National and Registered Engineer at Society of Engineer in Saudi
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in quality management, preferably within the HVACR industry.
• Proven effective communication skills and the ability to work multi-functionally within a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• A dedication to maintaining a strong safety culture and alignment to all safety protocols.
