Key Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger Maintenance: Assisting with the recording of transactions in the companys general ledger.
  • Data Entry: Inputting financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and helping with collections.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Comparing the companys bank statements with internal records to identify discrepancies.
  • Payroll Assistance: Helping to process payroll by ensuring employee hours and deductions are accurate.
  • Financial Reporting Support: Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Supporting the preparation of tax filings and assisting with the collection of required documents.
  • Expense Tracking: Reviewing and verifying employee expenses, ensuring they are in line with company policies.
  • Internal Controls: Supporting efforts to maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Assist with Audits: Helping with both internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and financial records.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
