We are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics company in the Middle East, with over 20 years of excellence in freight forwarding, warehousing, and project logistics. The company is expanding and looking for driven, results-oriented individuals to join their dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

What Youll Do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in sea, air, and road freight, as well as imports, exports, warehousing, and project logistics.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless services to clients.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

What Were Looking For:

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
• A strong understanding of multimodal freight operations (sea, air, road) and supply chain management.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and hit the ground running.
• A valid local driving license and access to a vehicle.
