Project Manager(eligible only Substation Exp)

Tractebel is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager/ engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in electrical Engineering and significant work experience in the field. The candidate must possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of engineering principles and mechanical systems. This role is open to both Saudi nationals and non-Saudi professionals, with varying experience requirements as specified below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components.
• Analyze mechanical and thermal devices and systems to improve efficiency.
• Develop and oversee the installation of mechanical systems in construction projects.
• Prepare and present detailed mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during installation, maintenance, and operation of mechanical systems.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Document and report on all phases of engineering projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong understanding of project engineering principles, techniques, and methods.
• Proficiency in design and analysis software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• For Non-Saudi applicants: A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of mechanical engineering.
• For Saudi applicants: A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in the field of mechanical engineering.
