Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Food and Beverage Manager who will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth and expansion. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all F&B operations, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in fostering an innovative culture, introducing groundbreaking F&B concepts, and optimizing our offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote business growth, while aligning with the company’s vision and goals.
• Lead and inspire the F&B team to foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Manage the overall operations of the F&B department, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company standards.
• Drive menu development and product offerings, incorporating creative and trend-setting ideas.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and customers to enhance service quality and operational success.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive and compelling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively in business and culinary operations.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
