Role responsibilities:

  • Monitors the premises and keeps track of personnel and property in the job site.
  • Responsible for checking people In and Out of the job site.
  • Validates personnel identification cards and inspects bags or property brought in the premises for dangerous or illicit materials.
  • Provides general assistance to visitors respectfully and in a timely manner; and escorts guests to their respective visiting employee
  • Routinely patrols/inspects the site for any suspicious activities, investigates disturbances/disorder and reports findings to the management in a timely manner.
  • Monitors and controls access at job site entrances and vehicle gates
  • Watches alarm systems or video cameras and operates when and where necessary detecting/emergency equipment (Fire Extinguisher, Fire Hose Reel, etc.).
  • Ensures the up keeping of necessary records and reports to the management any maintenance required in a timely manner
  • Assists the management in communicating with agencies such as fire and ambulance services in cases of fire or personal injury
  • Displays positive attitude and pleasant manner.
  • Ensures appropriate personal appearance and keeps self well groomed.
  • Shows respect to attendance and punctuality guidelines
  • Stays abreast with latest local rules and regulations
