Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director - Project to lead the development of our innovative projects aimed at transforming the entertainment and leisure landscape in Saudi Arabia. As the Director - Project, you will play a pivotal role in managing project execution, ensuring that our strategic objectives are met with efficiency and excellence.
Your expertise will be critical in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design through to execution and completion, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the project management efforts for various large-scale developments, ensuring alignment with Qiddiyas strategic goals.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery within financial constraints.
- Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage issues that arise during execution.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, government entities, and community partners, to foster strong relationships and ensure project success.
- Monitor project performance and progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Champion sustainable practices and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes and minimize environmental impact.
- Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 - 16 years of relative project management experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Delivered Multiple projects (Hospitality, Hotel, Mixed-use).
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction or development projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making informed decisions under pressure.
- Experience in the entertainment or leisure industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
