Job Title: AV Pre-Sales Engineer

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Job Summary: We are systems integrator company based in Riyadh seeking for Av Pre-Sales Engineer, The AV Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team and clients throughout the pre-sales process. This role involves designing and proposing audio-visual systems that meet client requirements, conducting site assessments, and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the AV market, brands, and manufacturers, as well as hands-on experience with AV installations and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle to drive opportunities.
  • Perform site surveys and assessments to understand client requirements.
  • Design projects as per client requirements, including providing wiring diagrams and SLD (Single Line Diagrams).
  • Develop and present proposals, quotes, and bids for audio-visual systems.
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts and demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure technical accuracy in sales proposals.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the market requirements and trends in audio-visual technology.
  • AutoCAD for project designing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with AV installations and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with AV manufacturers and brands.
  • Experience in meeting room projects, auditoriums, and control rooms.
  • Excellent customer-oriented and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
