Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and layouts for fit-out and FF&E projects using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to develop and refine designs based on project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction documentation for fabrication and installation.
  • Ensure all drawings align with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to integrate FF&E details into designs.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the design team and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess project progress, and ensure accuracy of work.
  • Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max).
  • Strong understanding of fit-out processes, FF&E detailing, and materials.
  • Familiarity with joinery, furniture fabrication, and installation techniques.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and standards related to interior projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to create precise, high-quality technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Immediate hiring is a must.
