JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for ensuring the availability and cleanliness of all utensils, smallware, equipment and tools to be used in the outlet, as well as the general area cleanliness for both BOH and FOH areas. The focus of the CL is to provide a clean, healthy and safe environment that reflects a positive image to colleagues and customers alike.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

✓ Abide by the schedule set to them, including breaks, leaves and overtime.

✓ Attend pre-shift briefings and contribute effectively.

✓ Cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas.

✓ Operates, maintains, and cleans out power-operated dishwasher, safely.

✓ Washes garbage containers and removes trash to appropriate disposal site.

✓ Cleans restrooms, as well as restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets.

✓ Routine cleaning of all dishes, containers and technical equipment.

✓ Routine cleaning of all kitchen floors, tables and machines.

✓ Ensures adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards.

✓ Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with his colleagues.
