Tasks DescriptionOrganizing workflow by defining responsibilities and preparing shift schedules.Follow up and supervise staff training procedures.Ensure the safe use of equipment and coordinate with maintenance to schedule periodic maintenance.Ensuring that the conditions and specifications of the production process are met.Provide reports on performance periodically to determine the extent to which goals are achieved.Imposing strict safety guidelines, following occupational safety and health procedures, maintaining the safety of workers with him, and company standards.Directing and advising workers and developing their skills during the manufacturing process and identifying their training needs in coordination with the department headOvertime managementSubmit the production reportSubmitting a report on the harm that occurs and how to reduce its percentage
