Account Executive (Male Candidate)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial processes, proficiency in SAP, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to handle account management tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
• Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable.
• Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• SAP Operations:
• Utilize SAP for day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, reporting, and process optimization.
• Generate and analyze financial reports using SAP modules.
• Excel Reporting:
• Prepare financial spreadsheets and conduct data analysis using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
• Develop customized financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Billing and Invoicing:
• Prepare invoices, verify billing details, and manage payment collections.
• Resolve discrepancies in billing and account reconciliations promptly.
• Compliance and Auditing:
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with legal and financial regulations.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve account-related issues.
• Provide periodic updates on account statuses to management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO module preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, charts, macros, and data analysis).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
