The Lead Engineer, Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, and implementation of critical infrastructure projects for the organization. This position requires a strong background in civil engineering principles and the ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality, cost-effective infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of infrastructure master plans, feasibility studies, and detailed design documents for projects such as transportation networks, water/wastewater systems, stormwater management, and public facilities.

• Review technical submittals from contractor, material submittals, technical queries, shop drawings, alternative proposals .. etc.

• Fully understand of KSA rules & regulations (governmental authorities requirements) NWC, Amana .. etc.

• Manage a team of civil, structural, and environmental engineers, drafters, and technicians to execute infrastructure projects from conception to completion.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and subject matter experts, to ensure project requirements are met.

• Oversee the preparation of cost estimates, construction schedules, and project budgets, and monitor project performance to identify and mitigate risks.

• Ensure infrastructure projects comply with all relevant building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

• Develop and implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of engineering design and construction.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering and infrastructure development.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 18+ years of experience as Civil Engineer, with at least 7 years in a lead or supervisory role on infrastructure construction projects
