We are seeking a highly experienced Strategy Consulting Manager with a strong background in consultancy for one of the biggest global consulting firms in Riyadh onsite in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in analyzing complex business challenges, developing strategic solutions, and driving impactful results for clients.
Strategy Cascading:
- Lead and participate in strategy cascading projects by translating high-level strategies into actionable operational plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align operational objectives with the organizations strategic goals.
Operational Indicators:
- Define and detail operational indicators, including identifying baselines and setting achievable targets.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate estimation and measurement of performance metrics.
Operational Initiatives:
- Design and implement operational initiatives to drive organizational performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, recommending adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational performance.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather client requirements and present solutions.
Team Leadership:

Requirements
