Job Overview

Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability or other financial activities with the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the organization and its management with the financial and operating information necessary to guide business decisions.
  • Reconcile vendors Statements of Accounts
  • Ensure timely supplier payments.
  • Support in Monthly/Annual closing and Reporting.
  • Comply with all corporate reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct research of financial data and review accounting transactions.
  • All employees have an accountability to the organization to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
  • Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in presentation preparation, communication, and writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and interact with personnel at all levels withing the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2-3 years accounting experience
  • Preferred CPA Certification
