Flight Instructor

• Conduct Flight Training:
• Provide in-flight instruction to students on aircraft operations, flight maneuvers, and emergency procedures.
• Teach students how to manage various flying conditions, including weather, navigation, and emergency scenarios.
• Ensure student pilots are proficient in pre-flight procedures, flight planning, and post-flight checks.
• Ground Instruction:
• Teach theoretical aspects of flying such as aerodynamics, navigation, aviation regulations, and flight planning.
• Explain the operation and maintenance of different aircraft systems and flight instruments.
• Student Assessment and Evaluation:
• Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring they meet the required training standards and milestones.
• Provide constructive feedback and corrective guidance to improve students flying skills and decision-making abilities.
• Keep accurate records of student performance, including flight hours, training milestones, and any issues encountered during instruction.
• Ensure Safety:
• Emphasize the importance of safety and risk management in all flight training activities.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight safety briefings and ensure that all aircraft inspections and safety checks are completed.
• Manage emergency procedures and safety protocols in-flight.
• Maintain Certification and Training Standards:
• Stay updated with the latest aviation regulations, safety standards, and technological advancements.
• Ensure all training activities comply with aviation regulatory bodies, such as the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).
• Renew and maintain the necessary certifications, including the Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) license and other relevant qualifications.
• Prepare Students for Certification Exams:
• Guide students through the process of obtaining their pilot licenses, ensuring they meet the requirements for written exams and practical tests.
• Provide additional practice sessions as needed for students preparing for check rides or flight tests.
• Customer Service and Communication:
• Maintain positive relationships with students, flight schools, and other aviation personnel.
• Communicate effectively with students, offering encouragement and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during training.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Document student flight hours, progress, and evaluations.
• Manage schedules and coordinate with students to organize flight lessons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼11,000.00 per month
