Wood is recruiting for Interface Manager for one of the oil and gas project in Al Khobar Saudi Arabia.

This position is fully based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

  • Accountable for implementation and maintenance of the Project Interface Management processes and tools.
  • Follow up and support of Master Interface Register and Schedule contained within Interface Management, with focus on maintaining the accuracy of the Master Interface Register.
  • Support all Engineering Contractors in successful coordination of Interface points and interface queries.
  • Monitor, advise and ensure report on progress of Interface queries and interface points are produced on a regular basis.
  • Develop project performance management interface reports, and support Generation of monthly status report on Interface Management.
  • Support individual Interface Single Point of Contacts (SPOCs)
  • Ensure that individual stakeholder interface responsibilities are clear and understood during the lifecycle of the Execute phase of the project.
  • Support contractors engineering groups in identification of technical interface issues identified in contractor engineering meeting.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering with 10 + years of experience in OIL & GAS Industry
  • Aramco experience is preferable
  • Prior background in project engineering.
  • Engineering experience related to the outline.
  • Experience in an appropriate industry (ideally in one or more of Oil & Gas, LNG & GTL, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Power, Carbon Capture)
  • Be commercially astute and understand the different approaches required to managing lump sum and reimbursable work.
  • Have a broad technical knowledge.
