· Lead initiatives to expand services and products that meet market and client demands.

Performance Analysis and Strategic Reporting

· Prepare comprehensive analytical reports for senior management on business development performance, offering insights to guide decision-making.

· Assess strategic risks and opportunities and provide plans to adapt to changing market conditions.

Developing Project Growth Strategies

· Lead the design and implementation of innovative strategies for sustainable growth in current projects and securing high-level contracts.

· Enhance service delivery models to maximize value for clients.

Driving Digital Transformation in Business

· Develop strategies to leverage digital technologies to enhance business development processes and improve efficiency.

· Support the adoption of new tools and technologies to increase competitiveness.
