Position Overview:We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support our manufacturing team in maintaining product quality. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections at various stages of production to ensure compliance with industry standards, company specifications, and customer requirements. You will work closely with the production team to identify and address any defects, non-conformities, or quality issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies in materials, components, and products
• Document inspection results, including findings of any non-conformities, deviations, or defects, and communicate them to relevant departments
• Perform testing of products according to established procedures to verify conformance to quality standards
• Review production processes and provide feedback to improve product quality and efficiency
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and work instructions
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Support the preparation for and participate in internal and external quality audits
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and work in accordance with company safety policies
• Assist in training employees on quality standards and best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of quality control processes, methods, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Experience with quality inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and measurement techniques
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and quality issues
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software
• Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelors degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Additional certifications in quality management or inspection (e.g., CQI, CWI)
