Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Director to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for making key decisions that relate to continuous improvement within areas of technical operations and managing related teams and oversee the work performed to meet project deliverables. What Youll Be Doing:

  • Leads a team in the execution of technical solutions for initiatives and projects.

  • Resolves obstacles that could slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with external partner organizations.

  • Liaises with other teams to contribute to integrated programs and strategic initiatives.

  • Develops innovative solutions that directly supports the business growth strategy.

  • Leads team development, ensuring there is proper understanding/applying of regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Provides technical oversight.

  • Stays up to date with current trends and developments.

  • Develops technical talent.

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 20+ years experience within a technical field or related industry and 5+ years experience in a team leader/managerial role.

  • Influence strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge.

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, relevant to discipline.

  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced skills in team/staff management.
