About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Business Architect with extensive experience in the banking industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our organizations transformation initiatives, focusing on aligning business strategies with technology solutions to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Design and implement business models that support organizational objectives and drive competitive advantage.
• Evaluate and streamline banking processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of business architecture frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and IT strategies, managing the integration of new technologies.
• Interprets and contextualizes strategy for operational needs, develops specific artifacts such as business capability maps and value streams to help bridge the gap between strategy and execution, and helps streamline and rationalize the IT enablement process.
• Responsible for analyzing new technology and determining best fit for the bank, defining the direction of data architecture for the coming years, and delivering high quality architecture solutions for large multi-generational programs spanning one or more business domains to support organizational missions.
• Assess risk management strategies and regulatory compliance to support business activities.
• Provide expertise in transforming legacy banking systems into modern, agile platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capability and alignment with architectural standards.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 7+ years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
• Proven track record in business architecture, process improvement, and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in business modeling and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with digital transformation and technology integration in banking.
