About the role:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in HVAC sales and a proven track record of success. As an HVAC Sales Technician, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to customers, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow assigned territory and business through existing and new accounts by identifying potential customers and building solid long-term relationships.

Attend trade shows and events to promote HVAC products and services, supporting our local educational efforts, etc.

Follow-up and close work with customers by assisting with bid day operations and handling post-sale submittal and order entry work.

Achieve annual sales, gross margin and market share targets set by management.

Support procurement and sales departments by reporting the products technical issues and advising correction solutions

Support the customer service team by providing answers to customer complaints and inquiries and coordinating with the maintenance and installation technicians to solve issues

Assist with project management duties once the equipment has Shipped to the customer including cash collection and accounts receivable responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience in HVAC sales

Proven track record of success in sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of HVAC systems and products

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
