Position Objective:
The Senior Developers will lead .NET application development, interacting directly with clients and staying updated on the latest .NET trends. Reporting to the Solution Development Director, involves leading teams, applying .NET design patterns, and working with technologies like ASP.NET MVC, Core, and Entity Framework.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of .NET applications.
Work with clients to define and meet their needs.
Stay up to date on the latest .NET technologies and trends.
Development Experience: Experience in specific development language and platform: .NET (including ASP.NET, Entity Framework) for .NET Developers, Angular for Front-End Developers, Java/Kotlin for Android Developers, Swift for iOS Developers.
Technical Expertise: Understanding of architecture and design patterns relevant to each technology: .NET design patterns, Angular reactive programming, Android SDKs advanced features, or iOS development best practices.
Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven experience in leading development projects, mentoring teams, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving and Debugging Skills: Demonstrated ability in complex problem-solving, debugging, and optimizing code in the respective development environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science (or related field) and relevant certifications (such as .NET certifications, Android Developer Certification, etc.).
7+ years of experience with .NET development.
Expert knowledge of .NET architecture and design patterns.
Experience with specific tools and methodologies: Agile practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Unit Testing, relevant IDEs (like Visual Studio, Android Studio, Xcode).
