Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a highly skilled (Civil, Structure Architect) CSA Supervision Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expertise in civil, structural, and architectural systems and will be responsible for the design, coordination, and management of CSA elements in a variety of engineering projects.
What Youll Be Doing:
Assist in the design and development of civil, structural, and architectural components for engineering projects.
Ensure the integration of CSA systems with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs.
Coordinate CSA engineering activities with other disciplines, ensuring the integration and functionality of all systems.
Work closely with project managers and designers to meet project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide technical support in the selection of materials, construction methods, and CSA design solutions.
Ensure that CSA designs comply with relevant codes and standards.
Assist in the review of CSA construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any CSA-related issues.
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
At least 8 years of experience in CSA design or engineering, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
Familiarity with engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Knowledge of CSA codes and standards.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
What Desired Skills Youll Bring:
Experience in all aspects of civil supervision of mega buildings projects in the Gulf region is preferred.
