Knowledge Consultant - Real Estate, Infrastructure

Who Youll Work With You will be based in our Riyadh office as part of the Saudi Client Capabilities Hub. You will work closely with our global Infrastructure practice that advises top management of leading infrastructure and public sector entities globally. As part of our hub, you will serve our clients across the Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Our hub is part of our global Client Capabilities Network which comprises of 3000+ client serving professionals with deep specialization across industries and functions. Your impact within our firm You will play a key role in expanding our impact at the intersection of infrastructure and economic development contributing to growing client impact in this space. In this role, youll serve clients through the development of content expertise (assets, knowledge, tools) and deliver that expertise as part of our client engagements. You will bring and maintain/develop genuine expertise in real estate, city infrastructure and economic development across the public and private sectors. You will have responsibilities across all phases of our client development work from initial business development and delivery to maintaining great relationships with clients during projects and beyond. Youll collaborate closely with teams to help define knowledge needs, conduct extensive research and drive analyses to provide unique insights. Youll also support the development and maintenance of proprietary knowledge capabilities in conjunction with other experts in local and global practices.

Your qualifications and skills

• Bachelors or masters degree in the field of urban planning, urban design, transportation planning, civil engineering, economics, economic development
• 1+ years of experience in macroeconomic analysis, market research and analysis, real estate development, real estate operations, city infrastructure development, city infrastructure operations
• Financial modelling experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and conceptual abilities; analytical mindset
• Excellent business acumen and understanding of the main business, economic and financial concepts and terminologies
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Service-oriented personality and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Candidate must be based in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
