Communication and Scada engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a fresh or max of 2 years experienced After-Sales Support and Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining strong relationships with our clients for our range of products, including Smart RMUs (Ring Main Units), Load Break Switches, and Auto Reclosers. mainly with communication side with control centers.

This is a full-time role located in the Eastern Region. only suitable for native Arabic speakers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and effective after-sales support to clients, including responding to service calls and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, service activities, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction with the performance of the products and services provided.
• Assist clients in resolving technical inquiries and provide guidance on the optimal use of products.
• Report recurring or critical issues to the manager and suggest improvements to enhance product reliability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team on customer service performance.

Competencies and Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of RTU, modem communication and electrical engineering background.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain long-term relationships.
• Organizational skills for managing schedules, records, and reporting.
• Proficient in using software tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh or preferable of 1 year experience in after-sales service, preferably in communication and Scada software.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems or IoT-based smart electrical solutions is a plus.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

• Response time to client inquiries and issues.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Accuracy and timeliness of service reports and records.
• Maintenance of strong client relationships leading to repeat business.
