HR International Graduate Program The Webuild Group is looking for new graduates who desire to start their career in an international context in the Human Resources field. If you have just completed your studies and are motivated in having an international career, you are just the right person we are looking for, for our HR International Graduate Program! You will directly included in the program with an employment contract and will be destined to one of our international projects in Canada, France, Saudi Arabia, Romania and Australia, and the newly hired will be followed and supported in their initial training period. You will be therefore required to move abroad for work and a strong will to learn!
These are the activities you will be required to carry out: You will collaborate with the HR project team to:

• recruit and select local/international personnel;
• develop reports on HR KPIs;
• apply foreign personnel management procedures and processes;
• manage personnel;
• draw-up documents concerning work contracts;
• keep good relations with internal and external stakeholders ;

Requirements:

• Specifically motivate professional growth in human resources management;
• Travel internationally;
• Msc University Degree; a Masters Degree in HR Management is a plus;
• Good use of the Microsoft suite;
• Excellent Italian; Good English; knowing other languages is a plus;
• Prone for teamwork and to communicate effectively;
