QUALIFICATIONS:

A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in sales, ideally within the power generation, electrical, or industrial sectors.

Prior experience in a showroom or retail sales environment is preferred but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to quickly learn about complex technical products.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software.

Goal-oriented and highly motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
