We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of SAP MM to deliver impactful solutions that improve our clients procurement and materials management processes. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the complexities of SAP implementations and optimizing their systems to achieve better operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities - Lead SAP MM implementation projects from planning through to execution, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, gather business requirements, and create detailed functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP MM modules to meet specific client needs while adhering to best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for client teams, empowering them to leverage SAP MM effectively.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges proactively to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct system testing and provide comprehensive support during go-live phases.
- Maintain current knowledge of SAP MM trends and innovations to recommend strategic improvements.
- Document project deliverables and maintain accurate records of configurations and decisions made throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP MM Consultant, with a strong background in implementation projects.
- Thorough understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain fundamentals.
- Proficient in SAP MM configuration and able to navigate integration points with other SAP modules (SD, PP, WM).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in engaging with clients and facilitating discussions to drive impactful business outcomes.
- SAP MM certification or related qualifications is an advantage.
