We are seeking an HR Assistant to support our human resources team in managing daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about HR processes. Responsibilities: • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS. • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. • Help with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions. • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. • Prepare and update HR documents, including employee handbooks and contracts. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Prior experience as an HR assistant or relevant administrative role preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
