Director of Sales & Customer Experience

The Role Our client is a leading hospitality, catering and service provider in KSA, operating across aviation, oil & gas, healthcare, construction, and remote industries. They are currently seeking for a Director of Sales & Customer Experience to be based in Jeddah. The successful candidate will manage and grow the clients. This role focuses on driving profit, promoting customer satisfaction, and ensuring the highest quality airline or in-flight catering services. The successful candidate will develop plans, head contract negotiations and collaborate with the team to meet the airline and passenger expectations. The role requires strong understanding of the aviation and catering sector, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
