The Risk Manager will lead the development and execution of risk management strategies for the Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) Project. Reporting to the Construction Director, this role ensures the identification, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring of risks across all project phases. The position focuses on maintaining compliance with standards, minimizing disruptions, and supporting project sustainability and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management plan.

  • Establish methodologies for risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation.

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify operational, financial, and strategic risks.

  • Prioritize and implement mitigation strategies based on risk impact and likelihood.

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international risk management standards.

  • Maintain an updated risk register and prepare regular risk assessment reports.

  • Develop KPIs to measure risk strategy effectiveness.

  • Conduct periodic reviews to enhance risk management processes.

  • Monitor and address emerging risks proactively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in water infrastructure projects.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in risk management frameworks, tools, and compliance standards.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities.

  • Preferred: Professional certifications (e.g., PMI-RMP, ISO 31000) and experience in water treatment or wastewater management.
