Job Summary:As a Process Planner Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining project workflows and schedules within our Fitout and FF&E operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project process plans, workflows, and schedules to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze and evaluate project processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to resolve process-related issues.
• Create detailed process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of tools, fixtures, and equipment to streamline operations.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead process improvement projects and initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Support new project introductions and ensure seamless integration into existing workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on new processes and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a planner.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and other process improvement techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Must be available for immediate hiring.
