Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:

• Getting the proper feedback from the reliever.
• Connect/Disconnect the purging pipe to ladle on LTC.
• Take sample & temperature at LRF as per requirement of process.
• Send slag samples to QC deptt. For analysis on daily basis.
• Responsible to make LRF electrode spare column.
• Responsible to adjust or fix new electrode as per senior operator/foreman instructions.
• Responsible to bring any material from store as required.
• Responsible for housekeeping in LRF and peripheral areas.
• Responsible to clean LRF duct & LTC in shutdown day.
• Informed foreman if found any abnormality or unsafe in shift.
• Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.
